This landmark event will feature a Live Congress, an Award Ceremony, a Gala Dinner, and an Online Championship, all taking place in Oslo, Norway, on July 6, 2025.

types of sponsors

We offer the possibility to choose between four types of sponsors:
GENERAL, GOLD, DIAMOND, GRAND PRIX.

GENERAL

GENERAL SPONSOR
€ 550 (6500kr)

Participation fee of €550, including VAT + sponsor gifts (minimum value €20; details to be communicated by the organizer).

• It's a opportunity to showcase your stand (classic or business) for product presentation and sales.
• Option to display your roll-up banner at the championship and congress hall (participant details will be provided).
• Sponsor's logo or advertising video displayed in alternating loops on event screens.
• Logo and company details featured throughout the event on official platforms, including Instagram, Facebook and the official website.
• Your promotional material included in the event goodie bags.
• Enhanced brand visibility through sponsorship recognition.
• One complimentary entry to the congress.
• Access to the business lunch on the day of the congress.
• Admission to the Gala Dinner.
• Recognition trophy for your participation as a sponsor.

Sponsor requirements:

• Certified brand and logo: the sponsor must have an officially certified brand and logo.
• Event promotion: promote the event weekly on all social platforms.
• Accept and share collaborative posts on Instagram.
• Publish the event poster on Instagram and Facebook.
• Regularly share stories using the event’s tag.
• Freebie delivery: provide freebies for inclusion in goodie bags by May 15.
• Estimated quantity: equal to the number of participants registered online.
• Contact person: assign a contact person to oversee your product display and manage your brand's presence on july 6.
• Sponsors are responsible for their own products and displays, including supervision and management.
• Additional notes: it is not mandatory to remain present all day, but sponsors may display a roll-up banner (max size: 80x200 cm).
• The organization is not liable for unattended tools or products but will provide a hostess for general surveillance.

GOLD

GOLD SPONSOR
€ 400 (4900kr)

Participation fee €400+ freebies, the number of which will be communicated by the organizer (minimum value €15).

Privileges:

• Display a proprietary roll-up banner in the conference room (max size: 100×200 cm).
• Sponsor's logo or advertising video showcased in an alternating loop on event screens.
• Inclusion of your advertising materials in the event goodie bags.
• Brand visibility through paid event advertising. one complimentary entry to the congress.
• Participation in the Gala Dinner. acknowledgment during the Gala Dinner (offered by the organization).
• Recognition trophy for sponsorship.

DIAMOND

DIAMOND SPONSOR
€ 300 (3600kr)

Participation fee €300 including VAT +gifts, to be communicated the number of participants (minimum value €10).

Benefits:

• Banner featured on the event’s social media pages.
• Logo displayed on the event’s main banner.
• Logo showcased on multimedia supports throughout the venue.
• Logo included on all certificates and event badges.
• A guaranteed gift provided to every participant (online).
• Reserved space for product displays during the event, with a specially dedicated area.
• Acknowledgment during the gala dinner (by the organization).
• Recognition trophy for sponsorship.

GRAND PRIX

GRAND PRIX SPONSOR
€ 250 (3000kr)

Grand Prix sponsor package – €250 (VAT included). Ideal for: judges, academies, and trainers without a brand, seeking to promote their training activities.

Benefits:

• Banner featured on the event’s social media pages.
• Logo displayed on the event’s main banner.
• Logo showcased on multimedia supports at the venue.
• Promotional flyer provided to every participant.
• Acknowledgment during the gala dinner.
• Recognition trophy for sponsorship.

Grand Prix sponsor requirements
The sponsor must register 3 participants for the event and meet the following criteria:

• Accept and collaborate on instagram posts.
• Publish the event poster on instagram and facebook.
• Promote the event weekly on all active social media platforms.
• Share Grand Prix Norway profile stories with your tag.

ON BEHALF OF THE ORGANIZATION

The organization commits to:

• advertise the sponsor's brand and/or logo on the event’s social media pages (via Instagram/Facebook posters);
• display the sponsor’s logo on various graphic supports at the event (banners, certificates, projectors, etc.) in accordance with the chosen sponsorship package;
• distribute the sponsor’s gifts to all participants through goodie bags;
• honor the sponsor’s representative at the Gala Dinner, during the awards ceremony, where the recognition trophy will be presented.

‼ N.B: the Gala Dinner is provided by the organization exclusively for General Sponsors and Gold Sponsors.
