To participate and be admitted to the Grand Prix Norway Online Championship at least one certificate of participation in professional courses from companies operating in the sector is required.

Once the participation fee has been paid, each competitor has the right to withdraw from the registration and obtain a refund according to the following methods:
- Until 31 March 2025: the organization will retain 50% of the amount paid and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- From 1 April 2025: the organization will not refund the fee to the participant, already used for organizational purposes.
JUNIOR Category: up to 12 months of experience in the chosen nomination.
MASTER Category: 1 to 3 years of experience in the chosen nomination. No teachers.
EXPERT Category: 3 to 7 years of experience. Including Teachers,Trainers.

For each nomination there are four rankings (one for each experience category).
The 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place of each of them will be awarded.

Best Works
Each judge will award a personal trophy to a work that he/she particularly appreciated. The Best Works do not follow the score, but the personal taste of the judge.
It will be the 1st, 2nd, 3rd place. The ranking will be obtained by adding the 7 highest scores obtained by each participant nominated for the title GRAND PRIX NORWAY
The winner of the Grand Prix will win 2000 euro and also:
